The Rock the Jewels Event (“the Event”) will contain multiple photographers and videographers. By attending the Event, please note that you grant the Black in Jewelry Jewelry Coalition (“BIJC”) permission to use your voice, name and/or likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its media, publications, including web-based publications, without payment or other consideration. You understand and agree that all photos will become the property of the Black in Jewelry Coalition and will not be returned.
You waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein your likeness appears. Additionally, you waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
You hereby hold harmless, release, and forever discharge the BIJC from all claims, demands, and causes of action which you, your heirs, representatives, executors, administrators, or any other persons acting on your behalf or on behalf of my estate have or may have by reason of this authorization.
