From high-pressure production schedules to emotionally demanding customer service, the jewelry industry often glorifies hustle while ignoring the toll it takes on our mental health. This webinar offers space for all jewelry professionals, designers, bench jewelers, educators, sales teams, marketers, and more to reflect, rest, and reconnect with their well-being.

We’re coming together for an honest conversation on the importance of rest, boundaries, and collective care with three powerful voices who speak from both lived experience and deep professional expertise:

Britney Marie Harris – A licensed therapist, keynote speaker, and founder of Britney Speaks, LLC. Britney has made it her mission to help people get REAL: Resilient, Emotionally aware, Aligned, and Liberated. She creates brave spaces for people to unpack shame, navigate burnout, and begin healing. With advanced degrees in social work, psychology, and international relations, she brings a deeply informed, culturally aware approach to the conversation. Britney has shared the stage with Michelle Obama and Issa Rae and has worked with organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters and Hallmark Mahogany.

Nellie Barnett – A certified fitness and wellness coach and author of Women’s Guide to Strength Training: Dumbbells (in partnership with Women’s Health), Nellie understands firsthand how hard it can be to prioritize yourself in high-performing work environments. After a decade in corporate leadership, she transitioned into wellness to help others reclaim energy, balance, and self-worth through movement and mindset. Her approach is especially relevant for anyone juggling career demands with personal well-being.

Lisette Scott – Founder and designer of Jam + Rico, a vibrant jewelry brand inspired by her Jamaican and Puerto Rican heritage. As a mother of three, Lisette speaks candidly about the challenges of staying creative, growing a business, and showing up for your family and yourself. Her story is one of grace, resilience, and redefining success on your own terms—making her voice a powerful reminder that wellness is not optional; it’s essential.

✨ Whether you're creating at the bench, managing inventory, building customer relationships, or overseeing brand strategy, this conversation is for you. Let’s talk about what it really means to thrive in this industry.
