Whether you’re a designer, business owner, industry professional, or navigating a transition, this session will help you explore three areas of your professional growth:

• Money Moves: Does your pricing or compensation reflect your value? What would meaningful financial progress look like for you?
• Visibility & Opportunity: Do the right people know your work? Are you positioning yourself for the opportunities you want?
• Longevity: Is your current pace sustainable? What support, boundaries, or changes would help you build a career that lasts?

Using a guided career check-in worksheet, you’ll reflect on what’s working, identify what needs attention, and create a personal 90-day action plan with one clear priority to focus on first.

You’ll leave with:

• Practical actions you can take within the next 30 days.
• A 90-day plan to help you move forward with intention.
• An opportunity to help shape BIJC’s upcoming educational programming.
